I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dee since her time in Amarillo, and I can confidently say she is one of the most exceptional dentists I’ve ever had. When I recently heard from a friend that she opened her own practice, I was genuinely excited—because finding a dentist who is both highly skilled and truly caring is rare. I can’t wait to resume my dental care with her.

Dr. Dee has always gone above and beyond for her patients. She listens, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable no matter how simple or complex the procedure is. What impressed me most from the very beginning was her professionalism combined with her kindness. She genuinely cares about your oral health, your comfort, and your long-term results.

Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she has a gentle touch that makes every visit smooth and stress-free. I always felt like I was in the best hands with her, and that’s why I’m so excited to follow her to her new practice. Any patient would be lucky to have a dentist like Dr. Dee.

***UPDATE*** As of December 19, 2025.
Sadly, Dr. Mark Palmer retired and sold his practice to Dr. Di Xia. It can be really scary, putting your mouth into another Dentist’s hands. Full transparency, I was a little hesitant and quite skeptical as Dr. Palmer earned my trust years ago. That being said Dr. Xia has proven to me her heart to care for her patients, bring modern dentistry to an old school business model, but more importantly, her passion for what she does is second to none, I can confidently say that I trust this dentist and hope that you will also. Plus Carla is still running the show! Warm regards.

Honestly I wish there was more stars, It's impossible to rate Dr. Mark Palmer on this level. I first met Mark Palmer about 2009, I had gotten some recent Dental work out in NY prior to moving here to Dallas, TX. I remember waking up on a Monday morning and realizing my filling had come out, the pain was terrible and I had no where to turn. Carla was extremely professional and so very kind, I remember clearly her fitting me in his already busy schedule for an emergency visit. Honestly I was scared and a bit skeptical, but once I arrived I knew this was who I was going to call my Dentist! From the very first time you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from Carla, you can relax in their waiting area full of hot coffee and cold waters. His dental hygienist is likely the best around, she takes the time to get every inch of your mouth and guides you on best practices for both flossing but also brushing. Once you get to meet Dr. Palmer you'll see his heart for what he does, He cares deeply for his patients and his knowledge of dental is second to none. He even goes as far as checking me every visit for mouth cancer, that's amazing if you asked me. If you don't have insurance they will work with you also, they care about your health and its evident the moment you walk in. Another amazing experience with Dr. Dee! She continues to impress me with her professionalism, kindness, and incredible level of expertise. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all my questions, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit.

What really stands out is how gentle she is when administering anesthesia. I genuinely didn’t feel a thing. Her technique and bedside manner are exceptional, and it makes such a difference for someone like me who can get anxious at appointments.

So glad I visited Dr. Xia! I was in the Dallas area visiting friends and family and was recommended to see her by another dentist and I’m so glad I went! The office was so cozy and Dr. Xia was great at explaining everything to me. Wish I could give her 10 stars!

I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Dee and her team. Carla explained everything very clearly. All the treatment plan and fees are transparent and clear to understand. I had a very pleasant experience with the hygienist. She spent really quality time on getting my teeth cleaned and shared tons of information on oral care at home. I might even say it was kind of fun. I recently started coming to Dr. Dee and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Dee is an excellent dentist, and her staff is incredibly friendly and professional. She isn’t pushy with treatment recommendations but ensures you get exactly what you need. She is patient, thorough, and takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and address them fully. I feel confident knowing my dental care is in great hands and highly recommend Dr. Dee to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist!
